The ruling party in the center BJP is yet to announce its candidate. However, the in charge of the BJP for Andhra Pradesh Sunil Deodar has already taken a flat on rent in Tirupati for the sake of by-polls. BJP- Janasena is having an alliance and BJP will be announcing its candidate for the by-polls. BJP’s main focus is on the image of Modi and the anti-people policies by the YSRCP, attacks on temples, Dynastic politics, etc. BJP almost finalized ex-Chief Secretary of Karnataka, Ratna Prabha as its candidate for the Tirupati by-polls, however, BJP is having a tough time with the recent hike in petrol prices, privatization of PSUs and RNIL and the Janasena party led by Pawan Kalyan’s support also seems to be in ambiguity considering BJP not allowing its candidate to contest.
